تطبيق QIMMA+ | القمة بلس — آخر تحديث: 5 أكتوبر 2026

يوضح هذا المستند كيف يجمع تطبيق «القمة بلس» بيانات المستخدمين ويستخدمها ويحميها. التطبيق مخصص لطلاب مركز القمة للتدريب ومدرّسيه، لمتابعة الدورات والحضور والإعلانات.

البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الهاتف وبيانات تسجيل الدخول، والبيانات التي يسجلها المركز عند التسجيل.
• بيانات الدراسة: الدورات المسجّل فيها، وسجلات الحضور، والمدفوعات المرتبطة بالحساب.
• المستندات والصور: الصور التي يختار المستخدم رفعها من المعرض فقط.
• الرسائل الصوتية: تُسجَّل فقط عندما يضغط المستخدم على زر التسجيل.
• رمز الإشعارات: لإرسال إشعارات الدورات والإعلانات إلى الجهاز.

صلاحيات الجهاز

• الكاميرا: لمسح رموز QR الخاصة بتسجيل الحضور.
• المعرض: لرفع صور المستندات.
• الميكروفون وتحويل الصوت إلى نص: لتسجيل الملاحظات الصوتية وتسهيل إدخال النص.
• الإشعارات: لإبلاغك بالمستجدات.

كل الصلاحيات اختيارية، ويمكن إيقافها في أي وقت من إعدادات الجهاز.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات فقط لتقديم خدمات التطبيق: إدارة الحساب، ومتابعة الدورات والحضور، والتواصل معك بخصوص دراستك. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات أو للتتبع.

مشاركة البيانات

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث، إلا مقدمي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل خدمة إرسال الإشعارات) أو عندما يلزمنا القانون بذلك.

حماية البيانات والاحتفاظ بها

تُنقل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وتُحفظ على خوادم محمية. نحتفظ بها طوال مدة نشاط الحساب، أو حسب ما تتطلبه سجلات المركز.

حذف الحساب

يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب، أو بالتواصل مع الدعم الفني على الأرقام في الأسفل.

الأطفال

إذا كان الطالب قاصراً، يكون التسجيل في المركز بموافقة وليّ أمره.

This policy explains how the QIMMA+ app collects, uses and protects user data. The app is for students and teachers of the QIMMA Training Center, to follow courses, attendance and announcements.

Data we collect

• Account data: name, phone number, login credentials, and the details the center records at registration.
• Study data: enrolled courses, attendance records, and payments linked to the account.
• Documents and photos: only images the user chooses to upload from their photo library.
• Voice messages: recorded only when the user taps the record button.
• Push token: used to send course and announcement notifications to the device.

Device permissions

• Camera: to scan attendance QR codes.
• Photo library: to upload document images.
• Microphone and speech recognition: for voice notes and voice-to-text input.
• Notifications: to keep you informed.

All permissions are optional and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.

How we use data

We use data only to provide the app's services: managing your account, tracking courses and attendance, and contacting you about your studies. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or tracking.

Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except service providers needed to run the app (such as the push notification service), or when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. We keep it while the account is active, or as long as the center's records require.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your account and data in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support at the numbers below.

Children

If a student is a minor, registration with the center requires their guardian's consent.
